Got a line on an apartment. Only downside is it’s a roommate situation. And the roommate has pets. A dog and a cat to be exact. When you add in my two cats suddenly it’s not just a living situation…it’s a sitcom baby!!!

Had a job interview yesterday. It was big, it was important. It was…a really great time for me to get all freaked out, neurotic and shy. After all there were only 5 important people who were in a position to make an important decision about my future starring at me. UGGHHH!!!

I wish they had take-home interviews for neurotic creative types that choke in situations involving leather chairs, board rooms and talking about themselves in a positive fashion. Especially when dealing with hypothetical questions like, “Imagine it’s a year from now, and you’re sitting across from me in a performance evaluation. What goals have you accomplished in the past year, and what goals will you be setting for the next?”

I say that’s definitely an essay question requiring a blue book, and a strategy session to discuss answering protocol.

Oh well…maybe I’m just being sensitive.
